About Me
Hi, I'm Tom, the person behind TWTSweep. A NACS-registered chimney sweep covering Gwynedd, Conwy and Anglesey.
When I realised my initials 'TWT' (pronounced 'toot') meant 'tidy' in Welsh, it was a no-brainer to make it part of my branding.
The Work
I offer chimney sweeping for open fires, wood-burning stoves and range cookers, as well as CCTV flue inspections and blockage and nest removal. After every sweep, I issue a NACS Certificate of Sweeping, useful for insurance purposes and worth keeping for your records.
On the day, I'll arrive prepared, work cleanly using dust sheets and protective equipment, and leave your home exactly as I found it. I'll communicate clearly before and after the job, so you always know what to expect and what I've found.
I cover most of North Wales, Gwynedd, Conwy and Anglesey. From Abergele to Aberdaron, Benllech to Betws-y-Coed and Holyhead to Harlech, and everywhere in between. If you're not sure whether I cover your location, just get in touch and I'll let you know.
Not sure if you need a sweep?
If you're unsure whether your chimney or stove needs attention, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'd rather give you an honest answer, even if that answer is “it's fine for now”, than have you worry unnecessarily. You can book online at a time that suits you, or simply drop me a message if you'd prefer a conversation first.
Welsh Language
Dw i'n dysgu Cymraeg, and while I'm not fluent yet, I think it's important to make the effort. My website and some communications are available in both Cymraeg and English, and that's something I'll keep building on.
